Reset is short, fifteen episodes, and it does not waste any of them.
It is a thriller built on a time loop, and the pacing keeps you hooked from the first reset to the last. Bai Jingting and Zhao Jinmai are excellent in it. The narrative stays tight where shows like this usually sprawl.
My one quarrel is with the scale. The stakes never grow large enough, and the central conflict never quite earns the tension the show wrings from it. I kept waiting for the threat to match the dread.
Even so, it held me start to finish. A nine out of ten for sheer grip.
