One beauty product you would recommend to all your girlfriends
Hmm! Wrong person to ask this considering I do not use any. I have an old bottle of Lakme eyeliner rattling around in my vanity drawer that I use on the rare occasion I have the time and inclination to perk up my otherwise small eyes. So, I am going to plead ignorance on this.
To me personally, more than what beauty product you use, if you wear a smile and carry a good attitude, you are a winner.
Three books everyone must read
Little Prince – This is one of my favorites. I have read it many times over the years and each time, I walk away gaining clarity on relationships.
Roots – One of my all time favorites. A hard book to read and a book that will stay with you for life. It is a must read in my opinion to understand the slave labor on which the new world was founded.
Pride and Prejudice – Another classic. I love the character sketches, the narration, the timeless romance. I have read the book many times and watched so many onscreen adaptations. I never tire of this one.
Favorite online shopping site
That’s gotta be Amazon. I don’t think this needs any explanation though. 🙂
Favorite phone app
A close tie between Facebook and Twitter. I am equally on both and it is my connection to the actual world. I have stopped reading the news. I rely on both to keep me current.
One dish you’re really good at making and its recipe
I think it has got to be aviyal. A dish rich in nutrients and calorific enough to be had by itself.
