That place called Happy

Every once in a while I get to go to this place called Happy in my mind. It is an area unclouded by fears and disappointments. Only hope reigns and having expectations are OK. I know at the back of mind that this is a tenuous state of being and I drink it in for if I don’t sometimes it might never happen again.

Sounding a little too abstract? Well! it is.

If you are Happy and you know it. Leave a note. ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Hahah cute post!

Inspite of looming deadlines, pressing thoughts, today morning I decided to just give my best, take one day at a time, not feel guilty and just be..content.
    So I am happy! :–)

  2. I can so understand what you mean. It happens sometimes, we tend to feel happy about everything, about everyone and for every reason. It’s good to be in that state of mind. Life seems beautiful.

  3. Seriously touchwood!!!! I felt the same way today!!!! No reason at all, just felt happy. Troubles have not gone away. They are there but have this yeah everything will be fine feeling. ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. I am getting there, with the help of my knitting. Sometimes when we stop and think about it life is great, if we stop thinking about things and thoughts then it is wonderful. Thoughts always get the better for us, so we should keep to simple joys and pleasures in our life….:)

  6. Hey Laksh, very nice post..I too feel sometime happy inspite of having no specific reason to be so. And then, I realsie, there neednt be a specific reason or season to be happy. Life is meant to be happy.

  7. i know that feeling. Especially the part about ‘enjoy it while it lasts’. I do that whenever i find a reason to be happy.
Nowadays, I am trying to do what SK says in her comment – one day at time!
