I owe you

Walking down the aisle at my workplace, head bent, eyes focused on the eerie back lit glow of the iPhone, I smiled to myself. A bright blue encircled one stood next to my inbox. There are very few times I expect something and it falls in place. Scanning the email quickly I realized how much people are willing to help, if I only asked.

Walking back to my desk, I realized how much blogging has affected my life. the lines blur between my online and offline worlds. The word friend no longer refers to someone I know in person. I learn so much of a person by reading their thoughts, by walking in their shoes. For every post that is filled with joy, I smile along knowing I am basking in reflected happiness. When I read something that tugs at my heartstrings, I quickly close my eyes and send a prayer upward. Your lives intertwine with mine. I sometimes feel the need to share things with you first than with people I know in real life. I feel compelled to give back, much more than I have taken.

So, here is my ode to all of you who enrich my life knowing or unknowingly. I’d feel lost without you.
